About rq999
Bangladesh's trusted online gaming destination — built for real players who love cricket, casino, and more.
Our Story
rq999 was founded with a single purpose: to give Bangladeshi players a safe, fast, and genuinely entertaining online gaming platform they can trust. From Dhaka to Chittagong, from Sylhet to Khulna, we serve millions of players who deserve a world-class experience without having to look beyond their own country.
Since our launch, rq999 has grown into one of the most recognized online gaming brands in Bangladesh. We have built our reputation not on flashy promises, but on consistent delivery — reliable payments, a smooth mobile experience, a game library that keeps growing, and customer support that actually listens. Every decision we make puts the Bangladeshi player first.
Our Mission
Our mission is straightforward: deliver a premium online gaming experience that is fully accessible to players across Bangladesh. We believe gaming should be enjoyable, fair, and transparent. That means honest odds, fast withdrawals, and a platform that works reliably whether you are on a flagship smartphone in Dhaka or a budget device in Rangpur.
rq999 is also deeply committed to responsible gaming. We actively promote healthy play habits, provide self-exclusion tools for those who need them, and enforce a strict 21+ age policy site-wide. Entertainment should never come at the cost of a player's financial or personal wellbeing, and we take that responsibility seriously.

Responsible Gaming Support
We provide deposit limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion options, and a dedicated responsible gaming page. Players in Dhaka, Chittagong, or anywhere in Bangladesh can reach our support team around the clock.
Built for Bangladeshi Players
Bangladesh has one of the most passionate sports cultures in the world. Cricket is not just a game here — it is a national identity. rq999 was built by people who understand that, and who wanted to create a platform that reflects the energy and passion of Bangladeshi fans rather than just copying a foreign product.
We support Bangladeshi payment infrastructure, display amounts in ৳ BDT, and our customer support team is available 24/7 with a deep understanding of the local context. From the BPL season to Eid celebrations, rq999 is part of the moments that matter to Bangladeshi players.
Our Core Values
Every feature on rq999 is built to earn and keep player trust. Transparent terms, honest bonuses, and zero hidden fees — what you see is what you get.
Our games use RNG-certified systems to guarantee that every outcome is genuinely random. No house manipulation, no rigged results — just fair play for every player.
Whether it is loading a game, processing a deposit via Nagad, or withdrawing winnings to bKash, speed matters. rq999 is engineered to minimize wait times at every step.
Player safety goes beyond data encryption. We actively promote responsible gaming, enforce the 21+ age requirement, and provide support resources for any player who needs help managing their play.
Supported Payment Methods
We support the payment methods Bangladeshi players rely on every day, with fast processing and no hidden charges.
Our Commitment Going Forward
rq999 is not a static product — it is a platform that evolves with its players. We continuously add new games from the world's top providers, improve our mobile performance, expand our payment options, and refine our customer support processes based on real player feedback. When the Bangladesh cricket season heats up, we scale our betting infrastructure to handle the demand without missing a beat.
We know that trust is earned over time, and we plan to be here for the long term. If you ever have a question about who we are, how we operate, or how we can help, our support team is available around the clock at [email protected]. For players aged 21 and above across Bangladesh — welcome to rq999.
